Saturday (Whole 30 – Day 1)

  1. Breakfast: Eggplant Torta w/ greens & tomatoes (+ bacon fried rice)
  2. Lunch: Fried eggs w/ greens & tomatoes, apple w/ almond butter, banana
  3. Dinner: Amish One-Pan Ground Beef and Cabbage Skillet (sub cabbage w/ Brussels sprouts, add mushrooms) w/ baked sweet potato
    • also combines elements of this recipe.

Sunday (Whole 30 – Day 2)

  1. Breakfast: Leftovers w/ a fried egg on top
  2. Lunch: Lamb Dinner for 4 from Whole Foods
  3. Dinner: Leftovers

Monday (Whole 30 – Day 3)

  1. Breakfast: Eggplant torta Fried eggs w/ greens & sweet potatoes
  2. Lunch: Rob meal
  3. Dinner: Leftovers

Tuesday (Whole 30 – Day 4) – Game Night

  1. Breakfast: Scrambled eggs Eggplant torta w/ and tomato, zucchini & greens
  2. Lunch: Salad w/ grilled chicken Leftovers w/ tomato, avocado & greens
  3. Dinner: The Wedding of Cabbage & Sausage

Wednesday  (Whole 30 – Day 5)

  1. Breakfast: Eggs w/ TAG
  2. Lunch: Niçoise-inspired salad
  3. Dinner: Leftovers

Thursday (Whole 30 – Day 6)

  1. Breakfast: Eggs w/ TAG
  2. Lunch: Shaved Brussels Sprouts w/ Ground Beef and a baked sweet potato
  3. Dinner: Chicken Broccoli Bake

Friday (Whole 30 – Day 7)

  1. Breakfast: Eggs w/ TAG
  2. Lunch: Egg Salad Salad
  3. Dinner: Leftovers
